All Athletes are required to create an account with PlanetHS (Click Here). This is where you will complete and submit required eligibility paperwork (physical, Gfeller-Waller Concussion etc). The parent and the student will need to create an account to approve paperwork. 

Paperwork must be completed before players are able to participate.
